Techniques Night!
Note: Non-members pay $10 which will be collected at the door.
Everyone taking a class pays the stated kit fee to the instructor.
Note: Items for kits are purchased by the instructor on your behalf based on your registration. If you cannot attend and you have registered, please contact the events coordinator ASAP to discuss how your kit items should be handled or to allow anyone on a waiting list to have an opportunity to attend. If no cancellation notice is given, kit fee payment may be required.

Option 1:
Make Your Own Ear Wires and All in One Earrings using the Bail Forming Pliers with Pearl Blay
Kit cost $5 Wire spools and some tools are available for purchase
This class covers how to make your own ear wires using a very handy tool - the large bail forming pliers - as well as a simple marker pen as a mandrel.
Basic metal work such as filing and hammering will also be taught.
Two easy and quick all in one earring projects complete the lesson. One will use headpins, the other wire.
Crystal earrings colour choices: purple or topaz
Button earrings choices: Wooden butterfly or round antiqued silver colored pewter with geometric design
Bring: chain nose pliers, round nose pliers, flush cutters, marker pen

Dual Lucet Braided Bracelet with Roxann Blazetich-Ozols
Kit cost $5 Extra kits will be available for purchase
NOTE: Instructor will have a limited amount of hooks and tools for in class use and additional supplies for purchase if desired.
Here is an introduction to creating jewellery cords using a lucet style of braiding. You can use BEADADDICT’s dual lucet tool, the Ducette™, to learn how to make a square braid. After a couple of samples, you can make a strip that you will complete as a bracelet to wear home. The class kit will include illustrated instructions, sample fibres, findings. Several colours to choose from.
Bring: 3 mm crochet hook, scissors, measuring tape, clear nail polish/glue, magnifier if needed.

Using dagger beads we will beadweave a peyote TuTu and assemble with pearls and crystals to make these too cute earrings. Various choices will be available.

General Meeting Information:
- Held the third Monday of each Month
- 7:00 - 9:00 pm
- They are held at The Hampton Inn & Suites (beside Galaxy Cinema) 725 Imperial Road North Guelph, Ontario Canada map
- Meetings consist of announcements, old and new business, show & tell of member’s work, the evenings’ program, and socializing.
- The program can include anything from: hands-on mini-workshops from invited artists, guest speakers, demonstrations, trunk shows, road trips or informal gatherings.
